New technologies are constantly reshaping the boundaries and skill sets of many arts career pathways.

Ms. S, as she is known to her students, has found it rewarding to facilitate the preparation students need to be a part of a sustainable, skilled workforce. Her experience in the classroom and in industry along with relevant skills, credentials and technical knowledge makes Jane uniquely qualified to create learning experiences that have rigor and relevance for today’s students.

She is well versed in the Adobe Creative Suite, project based learning and has taught digital media, animation, photography, video storytelling and graphic design.

She has taught for Napa County Office of Education, Monterey Peninsula Unified, Monterey Peninsula College, Capistrano Unified and Oceanside Unified. She has created digital media arts pathways that led to fine art credit with the University of California and articulated with local junior colleges.
